Sweet Momentum Fitness Creative movement studio in Portland, OR

Sweet Mo is a place for creativity and sensory exploration, collaborative movement activities, and functional fitness.
Established in 2011, my studio Sweet Momentum Fitness started as small group and private training facility focused on providing expert quality functional fitness education in a safe, affirming, and low-key environment. Although we no longer offer fitness classes or traditional personal training, the space has become a truly unique place to move and be in community. We are proudly transgender and queer person owned and operated. Everyone who comes into our space commits to upholding our community agreements (below).
